Yoga Flow (Community Tuesday)

This all-level vinyasa-style yoga class seeks to bring into harmony the mind and the body by moving through a sequence of postures and breathing exercises. Come as you are and find moments of presence and stillness through the practice. BYO mat! Limited mats available.

A suggested donation of $25 is encouraged. However, no one will be turned away for monetary reasons, so please contribute what you can.
