Shamanek Yoga Flow

Francesca's signature yoga recipe includes a flow to create fluency in the body, breathwork to open up the mind, and ends with yin yoga and hands-on reiki to recharge the spirit and ground down as we start our week. Mats are limited so feel free to BYO mat!

A suggested donation of $25 is encouraged. However, no one will be turned away for monetary reasons, so please contribute what you can.

Francesca Valarezo is the founder and creator of SHAMANEK. A wellness community founded on the belief that all beings have the ability to co-create their healing experience. She is a New York City based yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher and a master Shamanic Reiki guide. Originally from Ecuador, Francesca battled severe depression and panic attacks during her formidable years. Her desire to heal led her to train in yoga therapeutics, Katonah yoga, meditation, Reiki, shamanism and other energy healing practices. Francesca specializes in a holistic approach, incorporating her life experience and her in-depth training across all principles to create an environment for community and transformation.
